Abuse of the platform, repeated policy violations, or attempts to bypass moderation controls may result in content removal, account deletion, and/or a permanent platform ban.

Symposium and its branding, software, and design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse platform assets except as allowed by law.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Symposium and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time for violations, security concerns, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Symposium after changes means you accept the revised terms.

Symposium is built for the use and enjoyment of all humankind, with the goal of creating a living content library for learning, education, thoughtful discussion, and cultural exchange.
Users are expected to share content in good faith under applicable law, including fair use, commentary, criticism, research, and other lawful bases where relevant. You remain responsible for ensuring your posts are properly sourced. Symposium may remove content that appears non-compliant.
